Peyton Marshall is CEO of LeveragePoint. Previously, he served as CFO and Acting CEO at PanacosPharmaceuticals, Inc., CFO of EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as CFO of The Medicines Company through their initial public offering and the commercial launch of Angiomax®. Previously, he was an investment banker in London at Union Bank of Switzerland, and at Goldman Sachs where he was head of European product development. He has served on the faculty in the Economics Department at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Marshall holds an AB in Economics from Davidson College and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Richard Orlando is COO of LeveragePoint. Previously, he served as EVP, Sales & Marketing at Biscom, Inc. He has held multiple senior leadership positions at companies, such as Saztec International/Datamatics Ltd., CMGI, and Data General. His primary areas of expertise are in sales & marketing, operations, and Web 2.0 implementations to drive new business. Mr. Orlando holds a BA in Business Management from Northeastern University.

Jonathon Levy is CSO of LeveragePoint. Previously, Jonathon served as Senior Learning Strategist at The Monitor Group for five years, and before that was Vice President for Online Learning for Harvard Business School's Publishing corporation. Jonathon is a thought leader and "eWorking" expert, best known for innovative user-centric online solutions for activating and embedding methods at scale for the lagest companies and best universities in the world. He is responsible for developing a new generation of online products that integrate learning with doing, currently used by thousands of professionals from Fortune 50 companies. .
Vice President, Products
Ed Arnold is VP, Products at LeveragePoint. Previously, he held senior positions at Communispace, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and OmniTech Consulting Group. He directs product design and development and drives the go-to-market strategy for LeveragePoint. Mr. Arnold holds an MBA in Marketing from New York University and MA and BA degrees in Political Science from Boston University.
Vice President, Engineering
Neil Davies is VP, Engineering at LeveragePoint. Previously, he was an Engineering Manager at Monitor Group and Logica CMG in London. He is the architect of the LeveragePoint platform, and a passionate advocate of Cloud Computing, Semantic Technologies and open-source projects. Mr. Davies holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
Director, Professional Services
Roberto Rivera is Director of Professional Services at LeveragePoint. Previously, he was a pricing consultant at the Strategic Pricing Group and Zilliant. At LeveragePoint, he helps our customers understand and capture the value of their products and services. Mr. Rivera has an MBA and Economics degrees from Clark University, where he guest lectures future marketing professionals on the practical application of pricing strategies and tactics.
