Peyton Marshall

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

Peyton Marshall is CEO and Chairman of the Board of LeveragePoint. For 15 years he served in senior management roles in healthcare products and IT companies, having been CFO and Acting CEO of Panacos Pharmaceuticals, Inc., CFO of EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and CFO of The Medicines Company through their initial public offering and the commercial launch of Angiomax®. Before that, he was an investment banker for 12 years in London at Union Bank of Switzerland, and at Goldman Sachs where he was head of European product development. He has served on the faculty of the Economics Department at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Marshall holds an AB in Economics from Davidson College and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bob Kramich

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Bob Kramich is a seasoned revenue leader with 30+ years of experience driving sales and business growth across technology, financial services, life sciences, and SaaS. He has held senior executive roles, including CEO of BEASY, where he pioneered blockchain-based IP management, securing millions in funding and earning recognition as one of Boston’s Future Five Up-and-Coming Startups.

Previously, Bob was EVP of Sales & Marketing at Relevantz, integrating blockchain into Salesforce and leading AI-driven innovations at Overstock. He has led two companies to successful exits, one to a private equity firm and another to a publicly traded company.

Bob has also held leadership roles at Converge, EPAM Systems (NYSE:EPAM), and Dextrys, driving enterprise sales and market expansion. He is currently an advisor to Klover.ai, specializing in AI-driven decision-making.

Bob holds a BA from Tufts University, an MBA from Boston College, and a Blockchain Certification from MIT Sloan.

Aaron Miller

VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT

Aaron Miller is VP, Product at LeveragePoint. Aaron rejoined LeveragePoint in 2019 from Forrester Research, where he held sales and product management roles. Prior to that, Aaron was a founding employee of LeveragePoint and held various roles with responsibilities, including marketing, customer success, and product development. As VP, Product, he directs product design and development, as well as customer success. He is a graduate of Tufts University with a BA in Economics and International Relations.

Kevin Spaeth

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Kevin Spaeth is Chief Technology Officer at LeveragePoint. Previously, he worked in various roles from Software Engineer to Directory of Technology in fields including e-commerce at Dorel Industries, health care for the Veterans Administration, and cyber security at SANS Institute. As Chief Technology Officer, he oversees the LeveragePoint platform and leads new technology initiatives. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors in Computer Science and in Psychology.

Chithra Baylis

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Chithra Baylis is VP, Finance & Administration and Treasurer at LeveragePoint. Previously, she was a Controller for a public company – Panacos Pharmaceuticals, an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche in Boston and a consultant for Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls. Ms. Baylis holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
